How it started:
It all began one day in Clearwater, Florida's beach. Lucy had developed a unique bikini for herself to wear. When a German woman asked Lucy where she got her bikini, Lucy said, "I made it." The woman then inquired about her availability and if Lucy could make one for her. Lucy ran out of swimwear, and the German woman who was leaving the country the next day wanted the suit so much that she offered to buy the bikini Lucy was wearing (strange, I know). Lucy made the decision to go into the swimwear industry at that time.
Taking care of your bikini:
After using your bikini, wash it with a light soap and rinse it in fresh water. Dry indoors or under cover with a hanging. Avoid soaking your suit for a whole night as this might lead to color bleeds and runs.
Separately wash your outfits to remove any leftover dye.
It's common for Sexy One-Piece Swimsuits to bleed a little after the first few washings; this bleeding will eventually stop.
In the sun, most vibrantly colored bikinis will fade. Metallic and holographic textiles should be handled with special care since they are extremely sensitive. It will soon lose its shiny sheen. These are just show suits. Steer clear of hot tubs, Jacuzzis, and pools with a lot of chlorine.
Never iron, dry clean, bleach, or wash your swimwear in cold water.
Lucy:
At first, Lucy took her time manufacturing bikinis for her pals at the beach. She soon started taking requests and orders for styles and colours. She then started creating custom suits for Hooter's girls and bikini contestants. This continued for a number of years until their home was being visited by an excessive number of visitors. It was now time to open a store, so Lucy and her husband Clyde got together. Just in case you were wondering, Lucy did indeed sell the German woman the bikini she was wearing. Lucy went to the bathroom, cleaned her bikini, and sold it to the German woman after they visited a surf shop and the woman bought her another one to wear.
